OceanWP:- It comes with vast options for themes and we basically needed a framework for our website which could fit all the content we needed and give a good design to our webpage.
It is lightweight and highly extendible which allowed us to work relentlessly as its WordPress certified and rated 5 star.

Custom Twitter Feed:-
Display completely customizable, responsive and search engine crawlable Twitter feeds on your website. The Custom Twitter Feeds plugin will display Tweets that completely match the look and feel of your site and includes tons of customization options.
We used it to display all the updates done by Nalco’s official twitter account.

GTranslate:-
We wanted our website to be linguistic and easily understandable by all the employees so we needed a language converter for the webpage so we used GTranslate plugin so that anybody can change the language from English to hindi or vice-versa.

Events manager:-
We needed a plugin which can show birthdays of employees with their photos on the respective dates so we used an event manager widget which will do this task.
It is a lightweight, scalable and full-featured event management plugin for adding event listing functionality to our WordPress site.
